Notes
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%.
All registrations and social tickets must be accompanied by full payment.
If full payment is not received by 31 October 2025, your registration fee will be automatically changed to the standard fee.
Your credit card statement will show the payment to Composition Ltd (who process the registration fees).
Shared registrations are not permitted.
Registration cancellation and refund policy
Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administration charge of $100.00 will be made providing notification is received by 30 November 2025, after this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee.
Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
Insurance
It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
